Why is MNHQ complacent about this problem?

I have repeatedly complained about the difficulty many of us are having with typing delays, repeated deletions etc.All I get it “ We are looking into it”.Its driving me up the wall.Im sure it’s linked to the number of videos on the site now. Anyway MNHQ can I please have a proper explanation and some suggestions?

Thanks for getting in touch. We do completely appreciate this issue has been going on for a long time and it must be very frustrating for the users experiencing it. We're really sorry it's taking so long to fix.

Part of the problem has been that we haven't managed to figure out what it is that is actually causing the issue, which you might not be surprised to hear makes it quite hard to fix. We are looking into it again now, and will be taking a look at other potential causes we might not have covered.

I found that turning off Background App Refresh in General Settings has improved, although not resolved, the problem.

Also had to turn on Adblock Plus again. Sorry MNHQ, but the ads are intolerable.

I only ever see 1-2 ads on the right hand side of my screen. I just ignore them. Do others see more?
