Email from MNHQ to say I've been mentioned in a post - when I haven't!

I have just received an email to say that I have been mentioned in a post. I've checked the post and it's nothing to do with me. As far as I can see I'm not mentioned. I wouldn't have normally clicked on the thread as it's about potty training and my DC have been trained for over 16 years!
