App - opening thread 2/3 above the one ive opened

So I'm just starting to use the app rather than a browser and finding some glitches. When I select a thread title, the content is of a thread 2/3 above the one I have selected. I've worked out that the difference between the thread I select and the thread that is opened is the same number of threads I've hidden. So I assume as I'm hiding the threads it's not registering that mapping structure as I navigate through the app.

Not making it easy to view threads because I have to work out which title to click by how many threads I've hidden a lot usually

Hope this makes sense.

Hi Sitranced

This sounds annoying! Thanks for persevering. Would you be able to send us a screen shot of this at all? Also, if you could let us know what device you are on that would be really helpful too.

Hi Caroline, first screen shot is the threads in chat and I've hidden 3 threads. I opened the thread named 'inspired by Simon Mayo's drive....' and the second screen shot is the content of what should be that thread but its the content of a thread 3 up from that (and one that I've hidden).

I've also since worked out that if I hide a couple of threads then navigate back to menu and go back into _chat it rectifies itself and the right thread opens. So there is a work around but it just means you have to go back and forth to view it properly.

Oh, and I'm using Android EMUI v8.0 on a Huawei P20 Pro lite.

Hi again OP

Sorry, we're not seeing the ad(s) in the screenshot - can you grab them at all?

Hi again OP,

Sorry about this - we're going to look into it now.

This has happened to me too, from time to time.

Except that mine is nothing to do with having hidden threads. Sometimes, I click on a thread, and the one that opens is two or three above. I'm sure I'm touching the right one and it's not just a fat thumb problem!
