Forgotten password

I have Mumsnet app on tablet and phone. Tried to comment on a post on tablet but telling me I need to log in to comment, although have commented previously. Tried to log in but can't remember password or tbh what medium I originally used. No option to reset password. I can still do it on phone. How can I get back on it on tablet?

Would it be possible for you to reset your password on your phone, and then log in to the app on your tablet with the newly reset password?
