Why do some watched threads disappear?

I've been following / watching a couple of threads but they just seem to disappear!
What happens? If they get deleted, is there no message like there is on the ones posted on? It's a little annoying not knowing the outcomes of dilemmas.

Can you let us know what device and browser you're using? If you let us know what the threads were via report, we can double check what happened for you but if deleted, there should be a deletion message!

Hi. I'm using the app on iPhone iOS 11.
One thread was someone who had lots of pain, wondered if she should go to hospital, 111 said she should, MN posters said she should. She didn't! But I think she was going to go next morning but that's when lost the thread!
