Is it possible to opt out of just about every board on here

My name is Cara and I am a Mumsnet addict but this place is doing my head in - it's like groundhog day.

Before anyone chimes in with "off you fuck then" .... I don't want to de-reg as I would miss a couple of the boards Brexit and Archers So is there anyway of customising my account so I just opt into a couple of topics?

Can’t you just go directly to those boards? You don’t have to scan your eyes through active threads. There’s plenty in here I don’t want to read so I just don’t.

Yes. You need to be on a desktop (or scroll down on your mobile and click 'desktop site' at the bottom, and then customise your conversations. I hide about half of them.

Yep as Notty says. Do it. Yes it is a bit of a fiddle but well worth the smallish effort.

You can do it, certainly. But if you literally only go to a couple of the boards it would be easier just to bookmark those boards.

Yy, CaraCarbonara - you can indeed customise your account so you only see your chosen topics if you so desire. Either hide the threads you don't want to see or simply bookmark your faves.

Brexit and Archers is a heady mix though - are you totally sure? Why not a smidgen of AIBU for light relief?
