your sign in button on google chrome isn't working

I have to swap into internet explorer/edge to make it work

you can put in your email plus password but then the sign in button doesn't click if you know what I mean

Found this thread by Googling when I hit the same issue. Can't believe it's 2 months later and this hasn't been resolved - Chrome is one of the mainstream browsers!

Same for me as Google Chrome sign in button won't work for me and had to sign in using Facebook. Using Desktop

Same here, but only on the Samsung phone. Resolved by hitting the 'sign in' link about 20 times, very fast, in frustration.

Using Chrome on a MacBook Pro. Only way I could get in was using the Log in via Google option.

Absolutely fine using Chrome on my iPhone 5

Same problem here (Chrome on Windows laptop).

On my Android phone I was logged out but managed to log back in OK.

Had this all day yesterday despite reinstalling chrome and clearing my cookies. It still didn't work though so i had to reregister with a different email address. It's a pain though as clearing cookies has caused issues with other sites when i previously only had a problem with mumsnet. Angry

I can't log in using Chrome on my phone (S9), tablet (also Samsung) or my Window 10 Desktop. This wasn't a problem as I was already logged in, but since the forced log back in yesterday (following the data breach) it's reared its head again. Sign on button just totally unresponsive.

So I'm temporarily on Firefox.

And miffed!

I had the same problem with Samsung/Chrome yesterday and ended up reregistering with a different email address as the suggestions i received by email when i contacted MN didn't work.

I've updated Chrome as suggested in an email from MNHQ but that didn't help.

It still won't go beyond the password page.

This is getting tedious. I've cleared my cookies but still can't log in via Chrome (and I hate Edge).

I can input my user name and clicking the Next button takes me to the next screen.

I can input my password, the 'hand' appears, but there is no associated url appearing at the foot of the screen or when I hover. And clicking … nothing happens.

Sort it out guys!
