The Christmassy MN emoticons come out no earlier than the start of December

If you are going to use other ones, please would you keep them out of thread titles? It can really bugger up the page for those who use assistive tech to access the site.

Because they joined MN after last Xmas and didn't know that seasonal emoticons already exist? Though as she must haveeehers'm not sure why she wouid have expected Xmas to be missed out.

Because I can only use those on my phone not my laptop and guess others can't either.

We do have some Christmas emojis, @PerverseConverse, but we don't generally let them loose until we're comfortably in December. Any earlier and it might start a bit of a panic. Keep a look out for them next week.

I wish there was a Christmas

I can never remember the code for the 'tam o shanter'. Every year I think, "yeah, that's it" and it goes in one ear and out of the other. So now I'm just buggering around trying to remember some others!
