Name Change Greyed Out

As title, trying to change name but regardless of which method of accessing it the little box is greyed out. @MNHQ could you help please.

Hi OP. Sorry about this - that's very annoying. Could you drop us a line to [email protected]? We'll have a look in your account with your permission and see if we can find out what's going on or at the very least do a namechange for you at our end. Or you can just hit report on this post if that's easier.
