That’s pretty irritating positioning.
Can you move it? It’s impossible to use the shortcuts at the bottom without clicking on the link.

I’m on iPhone 6 (maybe 6s?). With iOS 12.0.1

Yes! I just came over to site stuff to post exactly this!

Very annoying placing plus no option to close the ad. Feels like super aggressive advertising and makes me want to never buy anything from Hush ever! Angry

Nobody cares @MNHQ :(

It’s still doing it! No idea why it only sometimes pops up. But then there’s no way to shift it. Hmm

Hi there OP,

Thanks for flagging this to us, and sorry it slipped through the net before - we'll pass it on to our tech team.

AnyaaaaaaaaaaaarghMumsnet · 23/10/2018 17:19

Hi again OP,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you find this ad a bit invasive. We're trialling this ad format at the moment and they should only show up once per user, but we're keen to ensure that ads don't interfere with the user experience so we'll definitely take these comments on board.

Squirrelfruitandnutkin · 23/10/2018 18:22

Thanks for replying!
How does it monitor once per user? Does my username have a set limit of ads a day? Confused

Hi OP, sorry for the late reply! Nothing to do with your Mumsnet account - the software we use for these particular ads allows us to place a frequency cap on them, so visitors aren't bombarded with the same ad over and over again. The frequency cap is associated with your IP address.

Thanks again for your feedback!
