If I ‘hide’ a board...

does it just hide the thread from Active or does it mean I can’t see the board at all?

I would like to hide a board to stop it appearing in Active but still have the opportunity to periodically dip,into the board.

I've hidden the feminism area but can still open it from the list if I so choose.
