How to narrow search

I’m going to show how much of a tech dinosaur I am now, but I can’t figure this out. I want to search back over all my old posts- when I put in my username it brings me to a screen with all the thread titles and the first sentence or two of my post on the thread but when I click on them it brings me to the OP and I then have to scroll through the whole thread to get to my post- easy if it’s a two page thread, not so easy if it’s 40 pages!

Can anyone help (and please explain to me as if I’m a 5 year old!)

Are you clicking on the thread title? If so, that's why you're getting the entire thread.

You need to click on your own name to see your post - and you have to keep doing that for each one of your posts. It's rather long winded!

I think there is a way, though, just to see your own posts only (or, actually, any other posts from one individual) - but I can't remember what it is! Maybe someone will be along shortly to explain.

My username isn’t ‘clickable’ - when I tap the post itself it just brings me to the opening post.

I normally use the mobile site but have also tried the app and had the same issue.
