Hi

When I click on the hyperlinks on the mumsnet emails; they automatically take me to mumsnet on the web rather then the mumsnet app

They used to take me to the app,
Why has that changed? Would like them only to open on the app as they make for easier reading

I'm also having a problem on the app, I can't figure out how to start a new thread. I can select a topic and type a message but cant see any way to proceed further?

I can't bookmark today. Those normal options (inc report, profile etc) aren't even visible.

Thanks for getting in touch. Can we ask which device you're using? We are aware of some problems with iOS at the moment, so it might be related to that.

@Mummyof0ne, it might be that you've changed your setting when you open the link to open in browser rather than in the app by accident. If that's definitely not the case, do let us know and we'll look into it.

How do I check if I've done that?
I'm using iPhone X

Hi @Mummyof0ne - when the app opens after selecting an email, you should see a 'mumsnet.com' link in the very top-right corner of your screen. If you select that, your phone will automatically open the link in a browser and not the app.
