Text delay on iPad

For a while now I've had an issue when typing on the iPad (mobile is fine) in that the text is delayed and frequently capitalises the first few letters. I want to see if this is a site issue or to do with my ancient ipad2 mini! I don't have this issue on any other site though...

I have this problem too. Only with MN, not an issue generally.

I have the same issue. I assumed it was my ancient iPad mini which is almost up to capacity memory wise
