Have lost return key but only on MN

My return key isn't working on MN, but it's fine in texts.

It's OK, it's not just you. Another thread on this board, and also one in AIBU.

It seems to be a common problem as several have noted it. Happened about 4 hours ago.

Me to! Others have commented as well. Also it isn't working in PMs. Some say it works in the app but not on laptop, others say it's working no where.

Doesn't work on my computer or my phone. Glad I checked here. It's bloody annoying.

Ah. Thank goodness for that. I lost it on my phone which I drenched accidentally yesterday. So it’s not the phone after all!

If your device has a dictation function, try that. It worked for me on iPad, just hit the mic icon and say New line. Like this:

Same here. It’s been driving me crazy. Assumed it was just my phone till I tried typing on a different side

I smashed my phone screen the other day and I thought it was due to that but my return doesn’t work in here either.

Me too. I am composing posts in a separate memo app and then pasting them here if I need paragraphs.

When I use my laptop I am composing posts in Word and copying and pasting back into MN.

I think it's been fixed....!!!!

I am able to do returns now.
