The thing is that MNers will ask questions on here that they would never ask in RL. So some threads which are completely genuine may seem 'off' to others. That said, sadly, this particular topic can provide fodder (boak) for less than genuine posters too.

As always, please do report any threads which seem odd to you and we'll be happy to take a look.
