Junk emails 'new message on thread'

PLEASE tell me how to turn this off @mnhq!? I've looked on the app and website on computer, and can't find it anywhere.
I'm not signed up to a single newsletter, but cannot find email settings.

On desktop :

Talk > Customise> Notify me when others post on threads I'm watching: - uncheck box.
