Thread removed - poster banned - not a troll!

Is there anyway for MNHQ to unban a poster? Thread must have been reported as a troll thread (re daughter weeing in odd places)

First post so can see why it's been reported but poster definitely isn't a troll, in fact it was me that directed her here for a bit of help. Any way to unban so she can get some decent advice?
