Hiding some threads

Hi, could somebody point me in the right direction? I would like to hide some threads (not just one post) for example bereavement. Is it possible? I am just finding that even reading the title of these posts upsets me at the moment as I am not in the right head space.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

We're really sorry to hear you're in a difficult head space at the moment.

You can indeed hide threads - and whole topics, too. To hide a thread, just click 'hide this thread' which is in the blue bar just above the thread title. To hide a whole topic, go to Customise then scroll to the bottom - you'll see a purple button that says 'Manage hidden threads and topics'. You can choose to exclude a topic by clicking on the topic title and then 'move to excluded'.

If you ever want to unhide a thread a topic - just move it the other way.
