Finance survey - I had a notification that I'd won the prize draw but not heard any more?

Hello Mumsnet people,

Not sure what the best way to get in touch is, but hopefully it's ok to post this in Site Stuff?

I had an email on 29th June from Justine Barker to say that I was the winner of the prize draw for the finance survey I'd taken, and could I let her know which voucher I'd like. I replied within a few hours but didn't hear anything back. I'm yet to receive a voucher so I emailed her again last Thursday, but still haven't heard anything...?

Have I missed something or am I just being impatient and my voucher will turn up soon? :)

Mine came by email - have you checked your junk folder?

We're really sorry about the delay, we've had some issues with our voucher provider. We are trying to resolve it and should get vouchers out by the end of next week.If you haven't received them by the week after, please do get in touch.

Who do the emails come from - just so I know what to look out for? Thanks

They'll come from an @mumsnet.com email address via the VEX Rewards platform - usually from the MNHQer who informed them of their win, but this isn't always the case. All emails will contain the text "VEX Rewards", so this is useful to search for - and if any voucher emails are missed we're able to resend them easily so that they arrive at the top of an inbox again.

We hope this makes sense, but do let us know if you have any further questions.
