Completely misread VVV's report post to MNHQ sorry . Will get on to the folks who serve our ads straight away, but as it's the weekend we may struggle. We certainly haven't authorised anything like this, so please if you do see something suspect click on report post straight away. Olivia, who is much cleverer (and younger and therefore in my eyes bound to be more computer savvy) will post soon to explain how to do a screen grab in case anyone's feeling flash

If you're on a Mac you can also press Apple Shift and 4 together and you'll get a little cross to mark out where you want to grab. Image will then go to your desktop.

A screengrab is a picture of what you can see on the screen - and often includes the menu at the bottom of your screen, showing all your other applications. In this case it lets us see the ads you're seeing. Hope this helps

Am off to do my lines ( I must concentrate more on emails and not watch TV at the same time - I blame wireless..) then I might beat myself with a spikey stick ( no comments please). That'll teach me to jump in with both feet straight back from hols...Apologies for cock up and huge apologies to all if indeed there has been a breach of our no nescafe policy... there'll be more than spikey sticks and lines for the person responsible for that

It won't do anything to begin with- you need to paste what you've "printed" into another application - word for example.

Erm, hi - haven't read the latest posts, but will do that now, promise. Just to let you know we've taken down all of our ad agency's skys (the long ad to the right) on Talk. If you see that advertisement again in a banner or somewhere else on the site, please please let us know. You can use [email protected] or [email protected] or both would be best.

Hi again. Olivia has just explained to me that VVV posted the screengrab on her profile and didn't see the ad on her profile. The script for the ads on those pages is different than the one for these pages (ie the Talk pages) so we're going to leave it for now.
Is that ok? We'll change it anywhere you see it, promise. It's just that it's a lovely day and I need to buy a birthday present for a party and take the boys to the park... if we don't get it done right away, that's why.

They had a fab day yesterday - hope you got to see the helicopter. I heard the pilot was great with the kids.
