How do I turn off these ducking emails??

Please, someone tell me! I’m so fed up of being notified every time someone comments on a thread... how do I change my settings for it?

Go into Customise/Preferences www.mumsnet.com/Talk?call=Preferences, scroll down nearly to the bottom and there are two options regarding notifications - uncheck them and Save.
