Time zones on ipad?

Does MN have an option to choose the time zone you are in? If so, how can I change it on my iPad? I don’t see the option on my profile or settings.

Hey @Andylion - the website & app will always use the time zone that your device is set to. If you'd like to customise the time zone, go into Settings > General > Date & Time

So is your iPad actually incorrectly set to your time zone, Andylion?

What I thought you meant was that, obviously, MN is set to GMT, being a London, England based website - so all times that we see here are GMT, but you wanted to see the times in your local time zone, despite your iPad being set to your own time zone? Sorry, I'm going round in circles here!!

Ok, just checking MN on my work desktop. It is 6:20 pm here. I just looked at a post from the "Last 15 Minutes" tab and the date and time stamp on it says:

Tue 07-Aug-18 23:18:56

So it isn't using the time from my pc. I think it only uses my local time when I use my ipad.

Sorry for the silly question: is this to change the setting on my ipad or on my MN account? These options don't appear on my desktop version of MN. I'll check my ipad for this when I am on my dinner break.

This is a setting you need to update on your iPad, in the Settings app.
