unwanted PMs

I have reported this to MNHQ and blocked the person but it's not working.

I am getting repeated personal questions from a user (who I suspect has two accounts) and they won't stop sending me the same questions over and over again. MNHQ haven't replied to my report.

Help please!

Hi @user546425732 and thanks for reporting. We'll look into this for you. In the meantime:

If you want to stop receiving PMs from a poster, you can block them by clicking on the red hand next to their name.

And if you'd like to block PMs altogether, we have a button under 'settings' in your PMs for you to do this.

Hmm. Advanced search shows that those two posters have only ever posted twice, and always about cervical erosion. So probably the same poster!

They are the same their spelling and grammar and the repeated asking of the same question gives the game away. What I'm puzzled about is why blocking them doesn't work and why MNHQ didn't reply to my reports.

I resolved user546425732's issue with the unwanted private messages and emailed them an update. And I reported the possible bug to our tech team.
