Problems

Hi MNHQ,
So, having some problems:

1. I have random threads in threads I’m watching. I didn’t put them there. All the ones I was watching are gone.
2. Threads I’m on have gone.
3. In any thread I read the OP’ s reaponses are no longer highlighted (in green) so I have to search a thread to see their responses.
4. I am no longer gett8ng MN emails or notifications.

The site did recently ask me to sign-in / reset my password which was strange as i never sign out and assumed there had been some kind of site update?

Please help?

First of all, how are you accessing the site? Is it the app, mobile site or desktop? Also, what browser are you using?

Is the very first opening post of a thread highlighted? If not, would you be able to upload a screenshot for us so that we can show our tech team?

Scroll to the bottom and ensure that email notifications are switched on?

I went to the link and reset my preferences. For some reason they must have reset when I had to reset my password.
Maybe it was the ios11 update (for my iPad)?
