Desktop site keeps moving cursor

...out of the box I am typing in, so I have to click my mouse back into it.

There seems to be some sort of page refreshing going on.

Oh, I thought this was just me, it's very annoying. Safari on a Mac.

Chrome on Mac.

Just off to try it on a Windows laptop
