Why can’t I change username?

It’s not letting me type over my existing username... it’s just greyed out. Help!

Click on My Mumsnet you then get a drop-down menu - click on My Account and then you can change your username.

But it depends on what kind of device you're using and whether you're using the desktop site, the mobile site or the App.

If you can give a bit more info, then someone will be able to help you.

And to change your NN, you need to input your password again.

Give us a shout if that doesn't work.

Hi, sorry, I should have mentioned, I’m on an iPhone using the mobile site.
It’s just not allowing me to type over my existing username.
