Possibly not - but I've been hanging around the feminism boards for several years and I'm intrigued to see if there has been an increase in traffic to that area of the site. A few years ago it felt pretty niche, and boards like infant feeding and AIBU would have been much busier.

But things feel like they've changed, and my perception is that feminism chat has become a matter of greater interest. I'd love to know some stats, if MNHQ were willing to share them!

You've made public the 12 million unique visitors per month clocking up over 120 million page views, to the whole site.

Would you be willing to share anything else - not commercially sensitive stuff, but top line? (e.g we've seen an increase in traffic to the feminism section by x% over the last y years etc)

I would be interested in this too. I have been on mumsnet for about ten years but it's only in the last six months I've discovered the feminism chat board. In fact I didn't notice initially when it got removed from active conversations because I was looking for it anyway.

I have just posted because I can't find the property section. I think there can be a cascade effect - if an area regularly gets into active topics more people know about it and visit it directly

I’d be interested to see this too. We have had an influx of US and Canadian posters saying they’d heard of MN as the only space women’s voices are heard on certain issues. FWR has certainly got busier.

I'd be interested to see how many posters have blocked the feminist board.

Hi @BarrackerBarmer - really sorry for the long delay.

Yes, visitors to the feminism boards have increased a lot over the last couple of years: around 15K people entered the site via the Feminist Chat topic in June 2016, and this June it was 177K.

Overall to MN we had 26m entrances to the site this June vs 17m in June 2016.

I asked the question because I imagined there must have been an increase, but I wouldn't have projected the scale of this. This is huge.
