how can i upload a picture cant find anywhere to upload one! Any help much appreciated

only today, how come your not allowed to post a picture ?

Because in the past trolls have signed up and started spamming the site with deeply unpleasant and offensive pictures. This is one way of reducing the likelihood of that.

Whilst you can't post, you could upload your picture to a photo sharing site and post the link.

For reasons listed above, we have a 48-hour rule for new accounts, meaning that it'll be 48 hours before you can post images onto the site.
