No clue when something is in my inbox

On my ipad using safari. There is nothing to indicate when there is something in my inbox. I only found out when going onto my laptop and there was a red dot on the 'my mumsnet' button that I had a pm.

I don't think the red dot is working in safari.

No I'm not Sophie, not on Safari.

since the new 'format' a few days ago I have no red dot either. I only knew I had a message in my inbox when I happened to check my emails.

MyGuideJools, are you using safari too? I'm having no issues on chrome is all!

Let us know what browser you're using and hopefully tech will be able to identify the issue.
