Zombie emoticon

Just a thought - we’ve had a spate recently of zombie threads being refreshed. It’s difficult for users to note the date at the top of the thread, so on occasion they will find they are responding to an issue that is years old. If a few users do, it then appears in ‘Trending’ and many more users are caught.

If MN had a ‘Zombie’ emoticon such as this 🧟‍♀️the first user to spot that it is a zombie thread could mark it as such in a very visible way.

Is this something MN might consider?

I'm not sure what those little icons are meant to be?

A few years ago, MN did have a very visible Zombie warning - unfortunately it then disappeared after about 4 or 5 posts of a Zombie thread being revived.

Pan it’s a female zombie. My IOS keyboard offers up two options: 🧟‍♀️ (female) or 🧟‍♂️(male). Admittedly, they aren’t perfect, but MN might have a better option.

I simply want a visual, in-your-face way of letting people know this is a zombie thread - shame MN had one already but stopped using it?
