My threads aren't appearing!

I've just tried to start a thread in Chat and it doesn't appear. so I started it again and that one doesn't appear either

That does sound strange.
We can see that you can start a thread as we have this one.

Have you tried creating a thread in Chat since then?

Can you tell us whether this was the main site, desktop or app.
Also the device you are using would be really helpful.
