I've just moved a couple of hundred miles so I don't mind ranting. Although I can't think of much to rant about. Well, I'll make it up!

MOM I could write an essay on buying/selling and I think others have horror stories too.

It's been bandied about before, but nothing ever came of it.

FP-don't want to dampen things but we had that too and had to drop our price considerably to gain a sale. The house over the way from me is still up for sale at £50k more than mine and they wonder why it's not selling.

Ah there is no end to our talents on MN. Rightmove crashes and burns due to MumsnetMovers.Com.
