The deletion message doesn't mention anything about that though, it says "Thread deleted
Message from MNHQ: Thanks for the reports - we don't think the OP's coming back to this one, so we're taking the thread down now."

Why does the thread have to be taken down just because the OP didn't look like they were coming back? Don't want to start a TAAT which is why I'm posting this here rather than in AIBU, but seriously trying to work out why the need to delete it (just a bit annoyed as I still had a couple of pages to read).

The OP took a unanimous kicking.

So one of two things happened :

Enough people called it a reverse for MN to deem it non genuine

OP saw responses and told HQ she was upset and wouldn't be returning to thread
