What does fottfsofafosm mean?

I've checked the acronyms guide and googled it and can't find an explanation.

Fuck Of To The Far Side Of... Something something. That's my best guess.

Sometimes you see FOTTFSOFOAWYGTFOSM which would stand for Fuck off to the far side of Fuck Off and when you get there fuck off some more.
