Why do I have to keep logging in? Why won't you remember me (tis only for 30 days)

(and yes, I know I'm not Tech!) but it sounds like a problem with your cookies maybe? Which browser are you using?

It's just started happening to me as well, since changing my name a few days ago.

Hi Olivia. I'm using Mozilla firefox but I've been using it for ages, have had lots of name changes but not had this problem for yonks (happened once before and I think Tech fixed it!)

This keeps happening to me too...

I can't stay logged in for more than about half an hour, I believe it's because of my anti-virus software. If that's the reason, tech won't be able to do anything about it.

I prefer never having computer problems and pop-ups to the convenience of being logged in all the time.

Hmm, will have to go and knock on the shed door and ask Tech.

Make sure you're allowing cookies to be set - here's a good overview on how to enable cookes . If that's all ok, let us know and we'll investigate.

One thing you could try..... log in, then click the log out button. Then quit out of your browser. Finally, restart your browser and log in to mn again, selecting the remember me / yes thing on the login popup.

That's a bit of a faff, but it should force everything to get reset.
