Name change still not working

I posted before on 6th February about being unable to namechange, emailed [email protected] as requested and I'm still having the same problem.

When I click on 'Save Changes' nothing happens - I've tried Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7 and Chrome on Android!

I'm having trouble too. It says you have to enter your password twice. But that's for password changing.
