Not sure if this should be posted in Chat as it's not a technical issue but I was just wondering how 'Discussions of the day' threads are picked. There's a trending thread right now which has 165 posts but a thread is in Discussions of the day with 46 posts so it can't be by post count.
So are they picked by staff or some sort of algorithm? I can't work it out. It's not important at all but to satisfy curiosity, anyone have any idea?
