How urgent is it Twiglett?

Us old mods do have other ways of getting in touch with HQ if need be.

Twiglett · 09/05/2007 17:34

they've responded and have decided not to delete

where ?? what??

Marina · 09/05/2007 17:48

If it is the one I think it is I reported it too.
Not a good month for posts inciting religious hatred IMO and it is really starting to get to me.

A 15 minute response time is pretty good though!

personally I feel that it falls under the mumsnet philosophy of deleting posts that are OBSCENE

and I hope they reconsider

OP posts:
Twiglett · 09/05/2007 17:55

actually Ladymuck I first reported it at midday so its not 15 minutes

I do so wish they'd reconsider their decision

I know it takes a while to sort these things out/respond at MN Towers.
I am very surprised they opted not to delete that post though. (Hadn't seen that point when I contacted them).

JustineMumsnet · 09/05/2007 18:32

Hi,
Yes you are right on reflection we think - though we don't tend to delete on grounds of poor taste and offensive humour we agree this does go beyond this and is verging on the obscene, so we've remove. Sorry for the delay.

Blu · 09/05/2007 18:34

Thank you Justine
I thought it was really out of order.

lulumama · 09/05/2007 18:35

fryalot · 09/05/2007 18:36

let me know when you find out, lulu

UCM · 09/05/2007 18:37

Yes, me too, I am pretty obscene normally, but what did I miss, unless it was me..........

VeniVidiVickiQV · 09/05/2007 18:37

oh god this is the problem isnt it...im all for deleting things that are offensive, as long as I have seen it first

mumto3girls · 09/05/2007 18:37

what was this?

UCM · 09/05/2007 18:44
