App won't allow photo attachments?

Can't seem to use the app to add photos? When I click on the 'add attachment button' it just asks if I want to delete the photo (which I haven't yet attached).

And I can't do it via the desktop site on my phone either as it just directs me to the app.

Using a Samsung S8. Any advice?

We've heard back from our Tech lot and they're asked you to quit the app and reopen which should clear the issue.

We think it's likely a cached photo that hasn’t cleared properly..

I quit the app every time after using it. It does not work unfortunately.

I have also never tried to upload any image before, the first time I tried it came up with the error message so can't be a cached photo.

I have just noticed that it only happens in the topics other than this one weirdly. Attached is the image of what it does to me. Yet I can add this image to this chat without issue.

Just tried again - the glitch only happens when I'm starting a thread with a photo attached to the initial post.

I am able to reply to any thread with a photo.
