Why can't I click 'back' to get back to search results?

This drives me up the wall!

I'm searching a condition in the 'health' topic - quite a few threads come up and I want to read them all but once I've done one, if I click back it says 'expired' or something so I have to go right back to the start and do it all again.

Arghghghghghghghghgh!

Apart from anytyhing, it's making me just want to start my own thread even though I can probably get what I want from the old ones. I can't be arsed searching again and again for each one.

I get the same thing, but I don't when I am on the computer at work. I thought it was something to do with cookies maybe...

Try right clicking on the thread & then click on Open in new window/new tab (depending on your browser) You can keep opening new windows/tabs & read them one by one when they are all open

You can try clicking on your refresh button and it takes you back to your search page - drives me nuts too!

Because a bloke designed it

Gobbledigook · 05/05/2007 17:45

Thanks all! Will try opening them in all new windows!

Agree that this is very annoying!

I do the open in new windows thing but agree - it's a PITA.
