no one knows at all yet. the yahoo group not accepting everyon is less likely to be a clique thing and more a 'check you're not a journo' thing. did you namechange or join after the big kerfuffle? the 'owner' of the group would be subject, presumably, to the same treatment from swmnbn if things said there were publicised so i think they're sensible to be cautious.

have no idea, don't belong to said yahoo group, assume nothing has changed much since justine last updated us.

When I tried to join the group I did email the owner saying it was me - scatterbrain who actually was here at THE BEGINNING - and had no reply to my email and no permission to join. IMO it is a cliqey thing - same person ignored my posts about it on a thread ! Not that I care - I just wanted to knoe what was happeneing - not join the clique !

pmsl, it's not a cliquey thing. much more likely to be human error.
i don't recognise half the names of the people on the yahoo group, there are loads of them. if it's a clique it's a sodding enormous one...

pmsl again... the yahoo group maybe gets one posting on it a week, it's not a hotbed of intrigue and gossip.
it was, at the time, just a place for people to talk about campaign-y type things without loads of journalists looking, it was a place where people could talk about the swmnbn doc on five and now it's a place where people occasionally ask 'does anyone know what's happening with MN and SWMNBN?' to which the answer is, no, nothing snce justine updated MN...

although idon't know how people manage to MN and MSN, tiger...
