12am is the middle of the night

Can someone please fix the way the time of posts is shown when messages are posted in the early afternoon....
Recently posts made at eg 12.15 in the afternoon are marked 12.15am. This is pm, post meridian, afternoon!
It keeps catching me out thinking I am suddenly in the wrong part of a thread, reading some midnight ramblings. Then I realise, and the pedant in me gets annoyed.
Please fix it!

But MN uses the 24 hour clock - without any AM or PM anyway. Well that's what I see on my laptop and iPad (both using the desktop site).

Ah, that's interesting. I use the app on my iPhone, and your post is at 5.53pm, not 24h clock. If it was there would be no am/pm.

How odd. So the App is showing a 12 hour clock with the relevant AM/PM for you bumper?

Now I come to think of it, I recall there might have been a recent thread about some problems with the time on the App - I'll try to find it. BBS!

Hi, bumpertobumper - you might need to update the app, we (well, Tim) released a fix for this a little while back. Let us know if you still experience problems.
