How do you set it up to do this?

I've just looked up how to do this myself!! Next to Talk there is a drop down menu (down arrow in a circle) - select Customise and set it to highlight the OPs posts in a colour of your choosing. Set it to display 500 or 1000 replies at a time and you can scroll through quickly.
