Deleted threads in "Trending"?

Dear MNHQ,

Can I ask why, twice in 2 days, I have gone into what looked like interesting threads through "trending", only for them to be deleted when I got in there?

If you are going to delete a thread, could you please also delete it off trending or discussions of the day at the same time to prevent further disappointment?

We're not too sure why this is the case, but we appreciate it's really annoying.

We do exclude all deleted threads from trending but it seems this isn't catching up fast enough on the site. We will definitely look into what we can do to improve the situation.

Next time this happens, could you let us know? Give us the name of the thread, too.

I remember that today's one was something about Tom Daley's husband but never got to see exactly what it was.

I can't remember yesterdays one now (which proves that it was slightly click-bait-ish!! ).
