Changing password

I've completely forgotten my MN password - could someone put me out of my misery and tell me how to reset it please?

We are sorry to hear you're having difficulty resetting your password. You can reset your password again by going here: www.mumsnet.com/password-reset/reset. Remember that this is a time-limited request so you'll have to change your password within 30 minutes of clicking on the link, without changing the device (phone, laptop, pc, Mac etc) you're using to access Mumsnet.

Our new password requirements are as follows:
10 characters
A mix of letters and at least one symbol or number
Not a previous password (only applies to the last two you've used)
