How do I stop emails saying someone has posted on a thread that I'm on?

It's taking over my emails, can't see any email preferences. Can anyone direct me please? I'm getting them every 2 mins

Go into Preferences www.mumsnet.com/Talk?call=Preferences, scroll down and you can turn off the email notifications - don't forget to Save when you've done!
