MN if you are planning to stick with these can you at least tell us? We keep hearing "we will fix it" but it looks like you just want to keep them in which case I will need to stop using it on my desktop?

Thanks for flagging this one to us. We know it's not ideal, but our ads team haven't been able to replicate this one yet. We're hoping they'll get to the bottom of this soon.

Could we possibly ask for a screenshot of the advert that plays sound if/when this happens again?

I will try if it happens again but I am completely flummoxed that this isn't sorted - if you don't want video ads on your site then you don't have them, surely? Or have them automatically set to be quiet and to be clicked on easily to get rid of them, like many newspaper websites?
