Why have I been logged out of the app?

Tells me I need to log on, but doesn't recognise my email address

Logged into desktop fine

What's the issue please?

I had to log in again too and ended up resetting my password on the desktop site first.

Yes I could get logged in once I'd reset (couldn't remember password). The weird thing us why it has logged me out in the first place.
