Huge adverts

All those adverts that are taking up about a third of my screen, for things like 10 short marriages, 10 expensive divorces, what are they actually selling? Who are the people in them? Am I supposed to care about them?

Most of all ....How do I stop the adverts?

It's just click bait ads to make you click through to another website, the only way to get rid would be with an adblocker

They have an icon to click for Ad Preferences, but when I open that, l get a message saying my device is blocking third party cookies but if I enable cookies 🍪 that will help them limit the ads they send me!

That seems like counter productive to me so I’ve not done that.
